Ingredients

  • 35 whole Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
  • 18 whole Oreo Mint Cookies, finely crushed
  • 6 T butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 T milk, cold
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip®, divided
  • 3 ¼ C milk, cold
  • 2 (small boxes) instant chocolate pudding mix,
  • 1 small jar red maraschino cherries, halved (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix both crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, Pioneer® Sugar and milk in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in 1 ¼ cups of the whipped topping; spread over crust.
  3. Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding; spread to cover pudding.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cut into squares. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
 

Cook's Note

For a great festive look, sprinkle dessert squares with cherries and mint cookies.
