Ingredients

  • 1 C butter or margarine, softened
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ¾ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 LG eggs
  • 2 ¼ C flour
  • 1 small pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ C flaked coconut
  • 1 C dark chocolate chips
  • 1 C candied fruit, finely diced
  • ½ C toffee bits
  • 1 ½ C chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl cream together margarine, Pioneer® Sugar and Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar. Add the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, pudding, baking soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and beat at low speed until well blended.
  4. Stir in the coconut, chocolate chips, candied fruit and toffee bits. Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden in color. Cool, top with melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
