Quick & Easy Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ C oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy® Corn Muffin mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) cream corn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch glass baking pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add eggs and oil whisk to blend. Add salt, Pioneer® Sugar, sour cream, Jiffy® Corn Muffin mix and cream corn. Mix together well.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
