Ingredients

  • 2 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ⅔ C milk (2 percent)
  • 3 T Jiff® Creamy peanut butter
  • butter

Directions

  1. Grease an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish with butter; set aside.
  2. In a large pot, over medium to medium-low heat, bring Pioneer® Sugar and milk to a boil. Boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and stir until melted.
  4. Pour mixture onto a prepared dish and let cool. When cooled cut into squares. Enjoy!
