Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 T butter, softened
  • 2 T flour
  • ½ C Godiva® White Chocolate Liqueur

Brownies:

  • ½ C butter, softened
  • 2 ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¾ C flour
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 C unsweetened cocoa
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ¾ C of Kahlua®, divided

Filling Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, egg, Pioneer® Sugar, butter and flour; mix well in mixer. Then add liqueur and mix well; set aside.

Brownie Directions:

  1. In a separate bowl combine butter and Pioneer® Sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Mix until smooth.
  2. Sift together in a separate bowl, flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt. Add to mixer at slow speed alternating with 1 ¼ cups of Kahlua; mix well.
  3. Pour ¾ of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan. Take the cream cheese mixture and make mounds of it all over the top of brownies. With a tablespoon or a small scoop, place more brownie mixture on top of cream cheese. Cut through very lightly with a butter knife.
  4. Bake for about 45-50 minutes. Check with a toothpick. Once out of the oven pour another ½ cup of Kahlua over top of the hot brownies. Let cool.
