Homemade sweet chocolate balls with powder milk

Hawaiian Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ shot glass of Bourbon
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Macadamia nuts, crushed
  • Coconut, toasted
  • Cocoa powder
  • Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor. When they have the consistency of coffee grounds, mix in the cream cheese and bourbon. Freeze the mixture.
  2. Remove mixture from freezer and roll into balls. Divide into fourths.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler on top of the stove. Dip some balls in the melted chocolate.
  4. Roll some in crushed macadamia nuts.
  5. Roll some in toasted coconut.
  6. Mix some cocoa powder with Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar and roll the remaining balls.
  7. Dust all with Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar.
