GrassHopper Cake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ C water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C butter, softened
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • ½ C walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a cookie sheet; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine ½ of the yellow cake mix, water, eggs, butter and Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar; beat with electric mixer until blended well. Add the other half of the cake mix, chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread mix evenly onto prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 min. Let cool until pan is room temperature. Cut into bars.
