Granny’s Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ C vegetable oil
  • ⅔ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 ¾ C flour
  • ¾ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 C walnuts, chopped (or other nut)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease or line a muffin pan with paper liners; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add bananas and mash.
  3. Add eggs and vegetable oil; stir until mixed well. Add Pioneer® Sugar and mix. Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Scoop into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes. They are delicious!
