Easy Pecan Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 ½ C pecans, chopped
  • 1 C butter
  • 1 sleeve CLUB® crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Lay the CLUB® crackers end to end in a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. You will have one or two extra. Eat those. Top the crackers with the chopped pecans. Melt the butter and Pioneer® Sugar in a medium saucepan on the stove. Bring to a boil. Boil one minute and pour over the crackers that are topped with the pecans. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Break apart and enjoy!
