Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts and Milk

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 C butter or margarine, softened
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ¾ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. (small) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 ¼ C flour
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, Pioneer® Sugar, Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add the pudding and mix.
  3. Add baking soda and flour 1/2 cup at a time while mixing. Fold in the chocolate chips with a large spoon.
  4. Drop about 1-inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!!
