Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ribs, your choice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, or your choice
  • 2 T Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, BBQ sauce, Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Pour half of the sauce over and then turn the ribs to pour the rest to coat both sides. Cover and cook on low 6 – 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
 

**Cooks Note

You can add 1 tsp. garlic, chopped; 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped; and 1/8 tsp. cumin to spice it up a bit more.
