Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ⅓ C Pioneer® Sugar, divided
  • 3 LG eggs
  • 3 C peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar, 1 cup Pioneer® Sugar, eggs and peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place ⅓ cup of Pioneer® Sugar in separate bowl; set aside for rolling the cookies in later.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in Pioneer® Sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Note: if dough is too sticky, refrigerate ½ hour or until easy to handle.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven, and press chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
