Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ C butter
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¾ C flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 ½ C old fashioned oatmeal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and both Pioneer® sugars together. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal; mix well.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Let cool on pan a couple of minutes before removing to flat surface.
