Hawaiian Bourbon Balls (Doris and Colleen’s)

  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ shot glass of Bourbon
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Macadamia nuts, crushed
  • Coconut, toasted
  • Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar


  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor. When they have the consistency of coffee grounds, mix in the cream cheese and bourbon. Freeze the mixture.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler on top of the stove. Remove mixture from freezer and roll into balls. Divide into thirds. Dip some balls in the melted chocolate. Roll some in crushed macadamia nuts. Roll the remaining in toasted coconut. Sprinkle all with Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar.
