Godiva Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ C all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ C unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 ¼ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 3 T Godiva® White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 C white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, Pioneer® Sugar, Pioneer® Golden Brown Sugar, vanilla extract, and Godiva® liqueur until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the flour mixture. Mix in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan on a wire rack. When completely cooled, cut into squares.
