Ingredients

  • 2 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ½ C butter
  • 1 C evaporated milk
  • ¼ C cocoa
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ C all-purpose flour
  • 1 C graham crackers, finely crushed
  • ¾ C walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Spray a 9 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan combine the Pioneer® Sugar, butter, evaporated milk and cocoa. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, flour, graham crackers, walnuts and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Spread into prepared pan. Cool and cut into squares.
