Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • ⅓ C butter
  • fresh fruit or your favorite jam/jelly
  • Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a blender add eggs, milk, flour and Pioneer® Sugar. Beat until blended.
  3. In a casserole dish or oven proof frying pan (cast iron), melt the butter. Pour egg/flour mixture into dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Pancake will fall in the center. Gently remove from dish to a platter.
  4. Add desired fruit and sprinkle with Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar.
