Crockpot Ham

  • 5-7 lb. picnic ham
  • 3 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can Coca Cola


  1. Put the ham in the crock-pot (trim to make it fit if necessary). Pour the pineapple over the top. Pat the Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar on as much as the ham, leaving a light sugar coating. Cook on low-heat for 6 hours; do not baste. Pour the cola over the top of the ham and cook for an additional 4 hours. Remove, slice, and serve.
