Chocolate Toffee Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • ½ C cocoa
  • ½ C milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Heath® milk chocolate toffee bits
  • 1 pkg. (8-9 oz.) Cool Whip®
  • 1 pkg. Keebler® graham cracker Ready Crust®, chocolate

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar, cocoa and milk until creamy.
  2. Add in vanilla and toffee bits; mix. Fold in Cool Whip® and blend well.
  3. Gently scrape mixture into pie shell. Freeze until firm. When ready to serve, set out for 15 minutes before slicing.
