
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Blend together white granulated Pioneer Sugar, Pioneer Dark Brown Sugar, margarine, butter, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
In a separate bowl lightly whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.
Dump dry ingredients into sugar mixture and stir until well blended.
With a cheese grater, grate bakers chocolate (It is easiest to leave the 1 oz of chocolate on the bar and grate it that way than to try and hold the 1 oz. piece and grate) You’ll have to rotate the chocolate as your grating due to grooves forming.
Add grated chocolate and mini chips to the dough and stir until well blended.
Spoon tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet and Bake for 10 minutes. (Check at 8 minutes as oven times may vary.)
