  • ½ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 cans (1 lb. each) Campbell’s Pork & Beans
  • ½ C ketchup
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  2. In a small bowl combine Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar and mustard, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl empty both cans of pork & beans and add ketchup; mix well. In a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish, pour in half of pork & beans. Sprinkle half of the sugar & mustard mixture over the top. Gently pour the rest of the pork & beans into the casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining sugar & mustard mixture.
  4. Sprinkle chopped bacon on the top. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1 more hour.
